Ich kann die Ausgaben aus meinem aktuellen Abo nicht mehr runterladen. Diese App war schon immer unzuverlässig, aber das reicht nun wohl. DPV redet sich raus und schiebt die Schuld auf Apple. Apple führt in der Kontaktliste den DPV an. Mir wird angeboten, nochmal zu abonnieren, was doch eine Frechheit ist. Ich verliere 54 Euro. Brigitte verliert eine treue Kundin.

... and "restore" of course does not work. Support can only be called from within Germany. After decades of reading Brigitte, some in Germany, some in in the US, this will be the straw that breaks the camel's back if their email support again proves inept at resolving the issue. Last year I actually had to re-subscribe to to regain access.

I only have problems to upload the magazine with the new upload version, will not renew my subscription!

I've had problems getting issues to download since the new app was introduced. I e-mailed asking why I had to delete one issue in order to get another (both paid for but not read) and am still waiting for a reply. I will not renew my subscription.
