Ive had problems getting issues to download since the new app was introduced. I e-mailed asking why I had to delete one issue in order to get another (both paid for but not read) and am still waiting for a reply. I will not renew my subscription.
I only have problems to upload the magazine with the new upload version, will not renew my subscription!
... and "restore" of course does not work. Support can only be called from within Germany. After decades of reading Brigitte, some in Germany, some in in the US, this will be the straw that breaks the camels back if their email support again proves inept at resolving the issue. Last year I actually had to re-subscribe to to regain access.
